The Four Career Planning Phases

Grade 9:   Subject Choice

Grade 12/Post Matric:  Study Choice

Post Study:  Career Choice

Adulthood:  Career Change

We offer an integrated service to support all career planning phases. Our key objective is to facilitate constructive career choice decisions on an informed basis.  We aim to build confidence and create successful transition into or within the working world.

This is done through a practical career guidance process that identifies an individual’s key attributes such as aptitude, interests and personality.  The scientifically gathered information is then integrated with career information, in co-operation with HPCSA registered practitioners, to arrive at personalised career options.

Integrated feedback including personal profiles identifies an informed career choice and/or actions/associated implementation plan. Additional guidance along a chosen path is also offered
